The Challenge

Executive Assistants were forced to manage flight logistics in spreadsheets, hotel confirmations in email threads, visitor logs in manual records, and expense allocations in separate databases. This fragmentation led to administrative chaos, high cognitive load, and frequent scheduling conflicts.

Objectives

Eliminate fragmented multi-system data entry
Consolidate travel booking verification and check-ins
Track trip approvals and real-time expense details
Provide a central dashboard matching an EA's mental model

The Approach

Developed a single, premium-grade web application that aligns with an EA's mental workflow. Unifies flights, hotel bookings, visitor registration pipelines with NDA verification, and expense settlements into a type-safe cockpit.
